Charli XCX has been putting out music since the release of her EP You're the One in 2012. She followed that up with her debut album True Romance, which dropped last year to critical acclaim. While making noise in Europe with her own music, Charli is most known in the U.S. for her features on other artists' songs. She first hit the top 10 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart last year with Icona Pop's "I Love It," a raucous dance track she wrote for the duo. Iggy Azalea's "Fancy," another song that Charli features on and co-penned, put the singer-songwriter on the map when it hit no. 1 on Billboard this year. With American eyes on her once again, Charli is looking to strike some success of her own with the single "Boom Clap."
