Ed Thomas has been making himself known in the realm of futuristic R&B since the release of his single "Hurt" and has now treated us to a solid body of work with On My Own EP. A five track silky expression of soulful vocals and 80's inspired synths moulded around half time beats. The EP begins with the title track "On My Own" which quickly familiarises the listener with off beat bass slaps and crispy synth pads glueing together the production and supporting the emotive vocals.
