The former N-Dubz singer released her debut solo LP 'The Female Boss' in late 2012 but the record flopped and only managed to enter the UK Album Charts at Number 35 despite being heavily hyped when she performed live on The X Factor semi-finals. According to The Sun, however, Tulisa has identified West as the man who could help give her a hit record and is eager for the rapper to produce her next LP. An unnamed source said: "Kanye could give her a hit, which is what she desperately needs. Look at what will.i.am did for Britney Spears recently." The source continued: "Tulisa is still one of the most famous women in the country and a lot of young girls look up to her - her fan base proves that. It's well within her grasp to turn it all around. All it takes is one hit." Tulia's desire to work with Kanye isn't the first time she's eyed up a collaboration with a big-hitter - in December last year, she revealed that her favourite song of all time is The Prodigy's 'Smack My Bitch Up' and admitted she harboured ambitions of working with the band one day. In February of this year, it was reported that Tulia was suing will.i.am after claiming she wrote part of his track 'Scream & Shout' with his friend and producer, Jean Baptiste, before the former Black Eyed Peas man recorded his own version of the track with Britney Spears. If successful with her suit, the singer will have to be listed as a co-writer on the track.NME
