Indie-Rock heroes hailing from Llandudno, North Wales, have had a short break to record a brand new Single in London. The single, comes in the form of “Homesick”. A suttle Guitar and Vocal intro and opening verse is followed by a huge anthemic chorus, which bands would kill for. It hits you and I’ll be honest, gave me shivers. Van McCann’s catchy melodies and lyrics grab you at the first time of hearing them. The Drums from “Dr. Bob” are driving, giving the song the punchy sound it posses. I particularly like the snare in the chorus, echoing McCann’s melody. This, accompanied by Benji Blakeway’s driving bass gives the song a massive kick. Billy Bibby’s guitar skills shine, in the lead solo that brings the song to a subtle close with McCann’s voice. The song has got to be good, if Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe plays it. I need to say no more… but I will.olingmusic Along with the news of the single, which will be available on the 17th June, the band announced they have signed to label “Communion Records”, home to artists such as Gotye and BRIT Award winning Ben Howard
