Timberlake performed a short acoustic set for the 80,000 strong crowd at Wembley, comprising material from his new album plus classic hit 'Cry Me A River'. Other artists who played at the Summertime Ball included Taylor Swift, Jessie J, Robbie Williams, Olly Murs, The Saturdays, Disclosure and Duke Dumont. Timberlake's label has recently confirmed that he will release a new album in September - just six months after he returned with 'The 20/20 Experience', his first collection of new material in seven years. The record will reportedly include 10 new songs and outtakes and is due for release on September 30. The singer was recently pictured in the studio alongside Jay-Z, Nas and Timbaland working on an as yet unknown project. Timberlake will also be joining Jay-Z on his 'Legends Of The Summer' stadium tour, which includes a headline appearance at this year's Yahoo! Wireless Festival in London. The event takes place between July 12-14 at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
